Qualifications
- Evaluate material suitability, conduct material selection and compatibility analysis for piping, pressure vessels, structural components and offshore facilities.
- Manage material technical review, witness factory acceptance test and on-site material quality verification.
- Analyze material failure, corrosion damage and abnormal quality issues, propose rectification and improvement solutions.
- Follow international industry standards, compile material technical specification, inspection standard and construction guidance document.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, design institutes and construction teams to resolve on-site material technical problems.
- Track new material application and industry technical updates, optimize material usage plan to balance safety, cost and durability.
