Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM Excellence initiatives and adoption strategies across Canada to improve organizational effectiveness and accelerate growth through funnel rigor.
  • Drive change management initiatives to embed CRM utilization and best practice into daily commercial workflows.
  • Build Sales Effectiveness (SEE) dashboards and metrics using CRM and other technologies to improve funnel hygiene, forecast accuracy, and seller productivity.
  • Serve as key leader/liaison for Sales Enablement development, establishing user story requirements and supporting localized testing of assigned applications across Canadian business units.
  • Lead the alignment of Canadian CRM, CPQ, and CLM technology roadmaps with the global roadmap through regional input and coordinated execution.
