Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior managers, vice‑presidents, and partners on buy and sell side cross‑border transactions.
- Assist with cross‑border corporate and high‑net‑worth individual personal tax planning.
- Research U.S. tax issues and international tax treaty provisions, interpret and apply tax legislation.
- Review and prepare U.S. federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
