Lead and execute leadership operating rhythms (e.g., town halls, leadership forums, offsites, reporting cycles) to drive alignment and visibility
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Strategy, Global Communications) to enable execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs
Plan and coordinate internal and external leadership engagements, ensuring message alignment and consistency across audiences
Lead OCIO employee engagement priorities and represent the function across ScotiaTech forums, partnering with peers to drive alignment and shared outcomes
