Senior Manager, Product Design (Foundations)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead Foundations Design at Jobber. This is a player‑coach role where you will lead a small team of designers while also contributing directly to the evolution of our design system and foundational product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for Jobber’s Foundations team, shaping the systems that support scalable, consistent product experiences.
• Manage and support a small team of designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Work as a player‑coach, contributing directly to component design, interaction patterns, documentation, and system improvements.
• Partner closely with engineering to evolve the architecture, quality, and scalability of Jobber’s design system and platform foundations.
