The Senior Manager, Portfolio Development, is accountable for shaping and managing the company’s worldwide filter and other product strategy by guiding innovation strategies towards portfolios that are commercially relevant and fit for the future. This role ensures that product categories are competitive, compliant, and aligned with diverse consumer preferences across multiple categories and geographies. The Senior Manager will lead global portfolio innovation, harmonize regional strategies, and drive sustainable growth through category focused projects while maintaining strict adherence to international regulatory standards and responsible business practices.
