About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute annual/monthly marketing calendars aligned to business goals
- Drive integrated campaigns (offline + digital) with a strong premium/bridge to luxury positioning
- Conceptualize and execute events, brand launches, and in-mall experiences to boost footfall
- Manage tenant relationships and drive brand participation and sales-led promotions
- Lead social media, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing for reach and conversions
- Drive PR, media partnerships, and communication strategies
- Manage creative/digital agencies and build strategic brand alliances
- Enhance customer experience and support loyalty initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functionally for seamless campaign execution
- Oversee media planning, budgets, and ROI optimization
- Experience in marketing planning & execution (retail/lifestyle/Bridge to luxury preferred)
