About the Role
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To design national training program, develop user-friendly learning materials/tools, facilitate seamless training execution at regional level, maintain digital learning platform and track training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and ensure world-class learning offerings towards offline channels retail staff.
