Senior Manager, IT (Operational Technology)

Job Summary

This incumbent leads the assessment, standardization, and uplift of Operational Technology (OT) across the company’s solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) sites. The role is accountable for evaluating site SCADA systems, networks, and telecom/ISP setups; identifying cybersecurity and infrastructure gaps; and driving remediation and modernization programs aligned to recognized OT security standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82). The incumbent sets feet‑wide reference architectures, governs OT change control, manages vendors and ISPs, and partners closely with Site Operations and Corporate IT/Security to ensure safe, reliable, and secure plant operations. The role requires frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel to conduct on‑site assessments, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery, and reports to the GM, Infrastructure.
