Senior Manager - Freight Forwarding Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Own and lead Key Account Management for high revenue and strategic customers and routes. Manage outsourced partnerships for operations & customer-facing voice processes Define and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
