Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

**WHO YOU ARE:**

The **Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting** is primarily responsible for the preparation and oversight of QTS’ consolidated financial statement reporting and technical accounting support. This individual will collaborate across departments and with external auditors, gaining broad exposure to the Company’s operations.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

+ Manage the preparation and review of financial statements (both QTS consolidated and stand-alone entities), footnotes, and related disclosures for external reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
+ Technical accounting research and transaction support.
+ Provide technical accounting guidance to resolve accounting and reporting issues, ensuring proper application of accounting standards.
+ Stay abreast of emerging accounting pronouncements and assess their potential impact on the business.
