Senior Manager, Enterprise Operations Program Management

**Overview**

This job contributes to REI’s success by leading a team of Senior Program Managers who serve as re-deployable resources to advance REI’s highest-priority enterprise initiatives. This leader drives program excellence, governance, and alignment to REI’s strategic and operational goals—ensuring programs are planned, resourced, and executed with discipline and measurable impact.

In addition, this role leads program management for the enterprise operating calendar and acts as the center of excellence and community lead for Program Management across the co-op, while overseeing the enterprise PM team established to support the highest-priority initiatives.

This role combines strategic thinking, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership to navigate complexity and accelerate delivery. Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission.
