Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) , you will lead a team responsible for providing in-depth logistics insights, from geographical operations and fleet performance to delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics, Service Operations teams as well as other analytics teams to ensure that data-driven decision-making supports our scaling needs and improves customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Managing, guiding and growing a team of 3-6 analysts to develop actionable insights and data solutions that optimize logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving delivery times.
