About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Catastrophe modelling team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Ensure smooth, timely & utmost quality delivery for GC clients across IMEA using GCAT models, Moody’s Risklink, Verisk’s Touchstone & Core Logic
- Be the point of contact for all the project leads and act as a liaison between business and team in execution of the projects
- Assist with Cat modelling R&D projects to further develop knowledge on model methodologies.
- Challenge the status quo on the existing ways of working and propose new ways to achieve more efficiency.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to bridge their capability gaps for the current and future needs of the business.
- Help in identifying new areas of opportunity to expand services to new business.
