About the Role

Job Summary

Lead the design and orchestration of AI enhanced, insight driven campaigns that elevate the sales experience across digital channels, turning product pushes into behaviourally informed, personalized journeys. Operate as a core member of the regional Campaign Hub to scale best practice campaign architecture, experimentation, and MarTech enabled production, improving STP, NNM, and product uptake while protecting customer experience and compliance. This remit is aligned to the Digital AI Campaign Hub scope (markets, channels, products) and operating model described in our internal playbooks.
