About the Role
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Maintenance Associate Senior will be responsible for keeping building in clean, working, and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors and dock, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include scheduling and performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, proactively communicate any workload needs that deviate from plan, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk and dock.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform general facility maintenance responsibilities such as: Painting, Landscaping, Janitorial Duties, Pest Control, Drywall Patching, Concrete Patching, and Power Washing
+ Adhere and Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment
+ Monitor, maintain, amd repair all Powered Industrial Trucks
+ Monitor all Fire Safety Systems throughout facility Delivering timely responses to customer request
