What You’ll Do Design and develop new methods for compressing and optimizing LLMs Fine-tune and benchmark models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency Work with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into real-world products Guide and mentor junior engineers in LLM development Stay at the cutting edge of research in AI, LLMs, and quantum-inspired computing
