Senior Lived Experience Peer Worker

Join our brand new multidisciplinary mental health team in the Northern Gold Coast! While driving high-quality, person-centred care across Open Minds’ Medicare Mental Health Services, our centres offer assessment, triage, warm referrals, immediate and short-medium term support for people with varying levels of need, including those in crisis.

As a Senior Lived Experience Peer Worker, you’ll bring extensive practical experience and formal training in peer work to deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented support to consumers. This role models best practice in peer work and provides mentoring, guidance and support to other Lived Experience Workers across the organisation. Working collaboratively with stakeholders contributing to service development, co-design initiatives and lived experience leadership, helping to shape inclusive, person-centred services at Open Minds.
