Perform operating system installation and configuration tasks.
Carry out cluster installation and configuration activities.
Resolve incidents.
Manage patching and update configuration tasks.
ServiceNow administration.
Apply ITIL best practices.
Change coordination.
CMDB review.
Qualifications
Experience:
5 years (ideal)
Language:
Spanish native
Work Schedule
8:00am to 5:00pm + 24x7 on-call support.
Work from home allowed: Hybrid — 90%.
Contract & Compensation
Permanent contract – indefinite contract from the first day.
