We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Senior Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive specialist education setting. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of additional learning and developmental needs within a nurturing and highly collaborative environment.
The setting supports children with diverse educational profiles, including moderate and severe learning needs, communication and language differences, autism and attention-related needs. Small class sizes enable staff to provide meaningful, individualised support and build positive relationships that help pupils succeed.
