Senior Learning Experience Designer (Winnipeg)

Overview

Plans, designs, and develops clear, engaging, learning and performance-focused solutions that enhance retention and knowledge transfer. Applies design expertise to create learning, performance-focused solutions and creative strategies that achieve improvements to individual and group performance, development, and/or productivity and business results.
Works on a variety of projects, initiatives, and platforms to support the execution of business strategies within required timelines, budgets, and quality output standards. This is a Toronto-based role, requiring you to be in the office 3‑4 days a week. Preference for bilingual candidates who speak English and French ideally.
