Senior Landscape Architect

BBA is searching for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Québec City office. The successful candidate will plan, manage and execute projects or project components while ensuring quality and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan production: analyze project needs, define objectives, develop timelines, set budgets and identify potential solutions.
• Organize human and material resources: define tasks, allocate workloads and determine required materials.
• Lead effectively: ensure tasks are carried out, motivate the team, communicate clearly and make necessary adjustments.
• Supervise team members in an advisory role, set and monitor objectives and deadlines, take corrective action when needed, and provide post‑mortem feedback.
