Senior Java Technical Referent - Finance Microservices (Buenos Aires)

As our Java Technical Referent you will raise the engineering bar, define standards, and deliver accurate, scalable backend services that the team and stakeholders can trust. A key part of your impact will be reducing manual reviews through robust, deterministic logic and targeted automation that improves reliability and throughput. You will collaborate closely with leaders and engineers to maintain and improve the architecture of the finance core micro systems in general. This is a technical referent, a high‑autonomy role with clear accountability for correctness and scalability.
