About the Role
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Java Microservices Engineer for their Irving, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices solutions
+ Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
+ Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and code coverage best practices
+ Integrate systems using REST and SOAP web services
+ Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern engineering practices
+ Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision
Requirements:
+ 10–12 years of experience in software development
+ Strong proficiency in Java 17 and earlier versions (Java 8+)
