Job DescriptionOur client, a leading European company in the home security sector, is launching a large‑scale digital transformation project aimed at developing a middleware platform that will serve as a bridge between multiple internal systems (CRM, Payment, etc.) and the Contact Center (Genesys Cloud).
We are seeking a talented professional to join this innovative initiative and contribute to building a modern, scalable integration layer that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
The role requires speaking Spanish at a C1 level.
