Senior IT Operations Engineer

The IT Senior Operations Engineer is responsible for daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure and server platforms. This role focuses on hands-on technical support to ensure stable operation of networks, servers, virtualization platforms, and related IT services in both office and factory environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network and Security Operations

• Perform daily configuration, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and routers.
• Handle incidents related to LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and Wi‑Fi connectivity to ensure stable and reliable network services.
• Support the execution of network security policies, access control, port management, device hardening, and routine change activities.
