Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager – CGI Malaysia (Client Engagement)

Position Description

CGI Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee critical infrastructure initiatives for a key client in Malaysia. This role is focused on delivering warehouse/logistics/manufacturing infrastructure projects—covering network, security, systems integration and operational technology (OT) readiness—while ensuring tight control of scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk. The role will be based out of CGI/client office in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to the client's warehouse sites in Penang and Shah Alam for site readiness assessments, implementation coordination, cutovers and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent workstreams across sites and vendors, drive governance and stakeholder alignment, and ensure production‑ready handover to operations.
