About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Luxury Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of a premium mixed-use development comprising a luxury residential township, Japanese fine-dining restaurant, and rooftop restaurant/lounge .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative luxury design concepts from ideation to execution.
Create sophisticated interiors that reflect premium lifestyle and hospitality standards.
Prepare mood boards, space planning, material selections, and detailed design drawings.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure seamless integration of aesthetics, functionality, and guest/resident experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-end residential projects , luxury restaurants , and hospitality interiors .
Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and F&B projects, preferably including Japanese-themed and rooftop dining spaces.
