Description
Prime Video is redefining digital video entertainment in Japan — and this role is at the center of it. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive acquisition and engagement for Prime Video Japan, while spearheading select high-impact initiatives across APAC. You'll be directly accountable for performance outcomes, marketing budgets, and paid channel strategy — all with a focus on customer impact.

Key job responsibilities
- Define audience strategy and full-funnel paid marketing plans
- Own media strategy, planning, buying and execution across paid channels (digital, offline – TV, Transit and OOH)
- Manage budgets rigorously across channels and ad formats (static and video) ensuring efficient spend and scaling
- Build and optimize campaign structure: account setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, and scaling
