Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer (Colombia)

Position: Portuguese-speaking Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer

Support M&A infrastructure integration from discovery through Day 1 and beyond. Coordinate cross-domain delivery across networking, identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms while keeping security and compliance central.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to infrastructure integration workstreams for M&A, covering Day 1 readiness and post-close execution
• Develop integration strategies by shaping roadmaps, key milestones, and rollback frameworks
• Conduct technical discovery to identify requirements for target-state architectures and integration planning
• Partner with domain teams across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/SSO/MFA), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), and Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM)
