About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to support one of our global UK-based clients.
Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala or other cost‑effective nearshore locations supporting US business hours.
6–8 years of IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support experience.
Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users, including VIPs and Executives.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, telephony and conferencing issues.
- Support both Windows and Mac environments.
- Respond to tickets via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
- Manage assets, documentation and equipment inventory.
- Assist with installation, configuration and deployment of IT equipment/software.
- Support meeting room technologies and collaboration tools.
