Senior III-V Epi & Wafer Process Engineer

Broadcom is looking for a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principle) based in Singapore to support the development of III-V semiconductor devices. This role focuses on epitaxy and wafer fabrication, process optimization, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI). The ideal candidate will collaborate with international teams, utilizing AI and data analytics for enhanced productivity.

A Master’s or PhD in a relevant field is preferred, alongside knowledge of semiconductor materials and device fabrication processes, particularly III-V.
