Role Overview
The professional will be responsible for leading and delivering AI use cases, covering the full lifecycle from modelling and experimentation to industrialisation, scaling, monitoring and run management.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI/ML use cases from design and modelling to production deployment and operational monitoring
• Develop, industrialise and maintain scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Work on Generative AI solutions, including RAG, fine-tuning, reasoning patterns and agent-based systems
• Implement and monitor ML pipelines using DevOps/MLOps best practices
• Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile environment
• Ensure model performance, reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in AI, with proven experience in successfully delivering AI use cases from modelling to scale-up and run management
