SENIOR HVAC PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor and successfully deliver HVAC and MEP works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams. Review drawings, material submittals, method statements and project schedules. Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, productivity and budget performance. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements. Provide technical leadership and expertise in HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in MEP Construction Projects
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer in UAE/GCC
• Proven experience in High-Rise, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Projects
