Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and review of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
- Preparing MSRA & Material Submittals.
- Manage site execution, installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
- Review contractor/vendor submissions and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct energy analysis and optimization for HVAC systems.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control.
