Lead HR governance at BLS International as a Senior Human Resources Manager. This strategic role emphasizes global policies, payroll management, and compliance across multiple regions. As part of BLS International's HR team, you'll oversee strategic and operational HR functions, focusing on compliance and robust governance across the Americas, LATAM, Africa, Middle East, and APAC. You'll play a key role in managing employee life cycles and performance management while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities
