Senior Human Resource Executive $4.8K (EAA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll, including AWS, bonuses, incentives, and annual increments.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, claims, insurance, and HRIS updates.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, contract, and employee exits.
- Handle WICA claims, uniform and access card administration.
- Ensure HR compliance, payroll audits, and statutory submissions.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, and support HR system improvements and automation.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field.
- 2 years experience in payroll processing using.
- Some prior experience in Compensation & Benefits within a shared services environment.
- Able to join within short notice.
- Some healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
