About the Role
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering or similar roles ,
- Deep experience in partnering B2B GTM organizations in high growth environments (multiple geography partnering is a plus) ,
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, conversion rates) and translate them into people decisions ,
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business & people outcomes ,
- Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching ,
- A system mindset: build simple and repeatable solutions rather than one time fixes ,
- Strong analytical thinking ,
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures ,
- Comfort working in a fast-moving & global environment, operates with urgency and accountability
