Overview:
The Senior Growth Insights Lead will drive measurable improvements in Maya’s acquisition levers by strengthening funnel analytics, experimentation operations, and measurement discipline across product-led growth (PLG) and alternate channels.
This role ensures performance issues are detected early, opportunities are impact-sized and prioritized, experiments are run with clean measurement, and cross-functional owners close the loop with clear decisions.
What you will do:
- Lead the weekly operating cadence for Onboarding, MGM, and Ecosystem—covering scorecards, diagnostic deep dives, decision logs, and action trackers (with owners and ETAs).
