Senior Geothermal Geologist

RESPEC seeks a Senior Geothermal Geologist to join our Mining & Energy Team.

As a Senior Geothermal Geologist, you will lead and advance geothermal exploration and resource development projects from early prospect generation through drilling, testing, and reservoir characterization. In this role, you will integrate geology with geophysics, geochemistry, and engineering to develop robust conceptual models, reduce subsurface uncertainty, and guide well-targeting decisions that directly influence project success.

The ideal candidate is both a hands-on technical expert and a trusted advisor, capable of interpreting complex subsurface data, managing multidisciplinary workstreams, mentoring junior staff, and communicating clear, defensible recommendations under uncertainty.
