Senior Geotechnical Engineer

AECOM Canada ULC is actively seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Burnaby, BC with extensive experience in geotechnical earthquake engineering, probabilistic seismic hazard analysis, liquefaction analysis and dynamic analysis of machine foundations. The candidate is also expected to have extensive experience in the design and construction of shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, embankments, railways, highways and airports, excavation support systems, tunnels, trenchless construction including microtunneling and horizontal directional drilling, staged embankment construction in conjunction with pre‑fabricated vertical drains and ground improvement methods (stone columns, rigid inclusions, soil mixing, dynamic compaction).
