Senior Functional Solution Analyst, Cards IT

Acts as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery. Translates stakeholder needs into functional specifications, maps business processes, and supports solution design through deployment. Provides first-level functional support by reviewing user-reported issues, validating root causes, and coordinating resolution with technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable, cost‑effective and fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with developers, testers and DevOps during design, development and UAT, and rollout phases to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
