We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with MS Dynamics Customer Engagement modules (CRM) and/or Power Platform expert for existing system development and enhancements, to join our team. The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Discuss business and technical/architectural topics

Build new features accordingly to new requirements/enhancements requests

Communicate with the customer

Requirements

Experience with MS Dynamics CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Automate

Experience with MS PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps) and Power Automate

Knowledge of Virtual Agents (AI Chat Bots), Power Portals, and MS
