We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. This is a senior consulting role for a professional who combines strong business analysis, discovery leadership, and functional solution design skills with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive and user workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, defining future state solutions, and collaborating with architects and delivery teams to bring those solutions to life

This role will lead discovery and business analysis efforts for complex client engagements, contribute to solution roadmaps and Statements of Work, and support successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
