About the Role
Your tasks:
► Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications as a fullstack expert.
► Develop and design internal digital solutions that drive automation and directly support our long-term digitalization strategy — including advanced use cases with agentic AI for autonomous and intelligent systems.
► Mentor medior and junior developers, provide code reviews, and help define development standards.
► Make architectural decisions across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, Angular, or similar), balancing performance, maintainability, and user experience.
► Ensure seamless deployment and operations in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) on cloud platforms (e.g. Azure).
