About the Role
At SThree, we’re building a next‑generation candidate and contractor digital experience — and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help bring it to life. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering a new contractor onboarding and placement management platform, working across Java back‑end services and modern React front‑ends, while championing AI‑first development practices.
What you'll be working on
As part of a small, high‑impact software engineering team, you’ll:
Design, develop, test, and support end‑to‑end solutions across Java (11+) back‑end and React (18+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML & CSS front‑end layers
Shape user experiences by producing wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
Build and maintain UI‑driven automated tests and follow strong TDD practices
