We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Foreman to join our client’s team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to manage and oversee projects effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
• Ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on progress of construction projects
• Manage and motivate a team of workers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
