About the Role
Senior Finance Data Analyst
Location: All J&J Swiss sites considered (Zug, Schaffhausen, Zuchwil etc.)
Hybrid: 3 days on-site and 2 WFH
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
This role is a time limited contractor role supporting Global Surgery (GS), Electrophysiology and Neurovascular (EP&N) business units until July 2027 and it will report to a Lead Finance Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the MD Supply Chain Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) Tool and related master data for selected GS and EP&N franchises. The AGP Tool is a Tableau front ended technology which consolidated MD inventory and commercial sales from ~ 8 individual GS and EP&N ERPs into one application
- Governance, calculation and reporting of the Profit in Inventory Reserve for selected GS and EP&N franchises (total MD SC PII for all franchises ~ USD 1.2 Billion reserve)
