Senior Financial Analyst

What you'll do:
+ Provide excellent financial support to the Marketing team by preparing accurate and timely budgets and forecasts, monitoring results versus Plan/ forecast / prior year, investigating variances and providing a thorough analysis of financial results.
+ Produce insightful and relevant commentary that can simplify complex financial matters into a well-crafted story/call-to-action, to allow financial and non-financial stakeholders to drive decisions.
+ Be a trusted advisor by assisting the business in identifying financial risks and opportunities, as well as managing the long-term outlook planning for the business, ensuring the outlook is achievable and aligns to the strategic direction and growth plans for this business.
+ Proactively build and improve on more complicated financial models to assist with regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
