Senior Finance Analyst & Controller Backup (Payroll)

Copeland Guadalajara S.A. de C.V. in Mexico seeks a seasoned Controller/Finance Manager to oversee variances analysis, budgeting, and monthly forecasts across two business units.

This role also backs the Controller, supervises the social security and payroll processes, and ensures internal controls in Finance, IT and Customs. You will manage month-end close, prepare dashboards, support audits, and coordinate vendor setup in ERP systems while ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws.
